This policy explains what information Crovi Bio ("Crovi", "we") collects via crovi.bio, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Information you provide. When you submit the agent intake form or request a meeting, we collect your email address and the project description you enter.
• Usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Ads / Google tag (gtag.js) to measure traffic, ad performance, and conversions. These tools may set cookies and collect IP address, user agent, referrer, and pages viewed.

2. How we use the information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about your project.
• To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and our business (e.g., Vercel for hosting, Make.com for intake workflow, Google for analytics and ads). These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments.

4. Cookies and tracking

Crovi uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Ads conversion tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

5. Your rights

6. Data retention

We keep submitted intake details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and as required by law. Analytics data is retained per the providers' default retention policies.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.

8. Children

Crovi is a B2B service and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
