These Terms govern your use of crovi.bio (the "Site") operated by Crovi Bio ("Crovi", "we"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site presents information about Crovi's biospecimen procurement services and lets you submit project inquiries. Any service engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. You will not use the Site to submit personal health information about identifiable individuals.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Crovi or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.
Information you submit through the intake form is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Do not submit confidential information you would not share by email.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crovi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site.
The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., calendar booking). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Crovi's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
